At the American Pavilion main lobby: The Hidden Mickey on the forleg of the lead ox doesn't exist. The dark forms are pretty blurred. Confirmed my impression with a cast member that had heard the rumor. She did point out another vague possibility on a painting nearby.

Here is a photograph of the hidden Mickey found in the lobby of The American Adventure, in the wagon train painting. If it is just a coincidence, it's a pretty striking similarity to Mickey.
UPDATE: Casey 14 MAY 02

In the back of the rotunda on the first floor, as well as on the second floor, there are very large bronze eagle wall reliefs (approx. 4 feet wide by 6 feet tall). Each is framed with a series of alternating large and small circles with stars in them. At each corner, two small circles and one large one come together to form a tri-circle Mickey.

In the main theater, there is a statue on the left side titled, "Spirit of Independence." By the statue's left foot, there is a stack of cannon balls. I'm not completely sure, but my wife Joanne, my nephew Ricky, and my brother-in-law Jemuel agree that the stack of canon balls looks like a Hidden Mickey with his head tilted to his right.
REPORTED: Raynard Camello 19 JUN 96
The cannon balls are all the same size.
WISHFUL THINKING: John & Melanie Emmons 28 AUG 96
The cannon balls next to the man's foot do form a Mickey head. All the canon balls look the same size but if you look carefully you can see that the "ears" are slightly smaller than the "head".

REPORTED: Susan Hochmayr 15 JUN 97
The pilgram kneeling the Mickey is on the rock just below or beside her skirt, not the bodice, but it is there.

In the film during the 1876 Exposition section and during the woman's speech, there are fireworks. One firework quickly bursts into a Mickey in the beginning of the segment.
REPORTED: Sue Simone 26 MAY 95
As the Statue of Liberty is being shown, fireworks are going off and the Torch set is coming up. If you're sitting at the far right of the stage so you can see the screen area behind the torch, a burst of fireworks goes off more like a fizzle and dissipates into a cloud of smoke in the shape of Mickey. This looks very similar to the "Mickey Head" balloons you can buy at the kingdom. (The colored ones, not the Mylar ones.)

America Gardens Theatre
At the America Gardens Theatre there are a lot of temporary hidden Mickeys. On the pictures hanging up around the stage there are alot of mMickeys and alot of Mickey ears draw all around the art work. Look at the hot air balloons basket. These pictures are resused through out the year so they may not be hanging when you visit the park. They will be up through the Latin America rep season.

Liberty Inn
At the Liberty Inn restaurant, to the left of the umbrella tables there is an outdoor hallway leading to the restrooms. Look in the design on the signs above the restroom entrances and you will find a Hidden Mickey.
