Monorail (Between the Transportation Center and Epcot)
When you take the monorail from The Transportation Center to Epcot, look out the right side windows toward the Magic Kingdom's parking lot. In the last area of parking there are three palm trees that have perfectly round tops to form a Hidden Mickey when viewed straight on. Good luck in the search for this one.

Couldn't believe it. I thought this one was wishful thinking but Renée & I saw it in the parking lot on our way back from Epcot on the monorail one evening. It must be a serendipitous Mickey.

When you are leaving the Contemporary if you look into the parking lot of the Transportation and Ticket Center you will see three trees. If you look at them from a certain spot they form Mickey's head

While travelling to Epcot look to your right into the parking lot. Near the end there is a group of four palms. Two large but short and two smaller but taller. As your monorail drives by the two shorter ones align and you see a hidden Mickey perfectly.
Update: Tom and Renée Shaw 28 FEB 99
If you take the monorail around Epcot Center, when you take the big turn aroung Spaceship Earth, you are going around Mickey's head and right in the middle of the turn look straight a head towards the whole park and you can see Mickey's ears located in World of Motion and Journey onto Imagination.

If you use the monorail circle in Epcot, the is the face, and for the ears, you can use the Test Track Area and the Journey Into Your Imagination Area for the ears

We also noticed that all the spotlights in the Epcot Convention Center have Mickey Mouse decals on them. Not really hidden, but you can only see them if you look up.

Take note of the palm trees and how they are planted. 9 times out of 10 there are groups of 3 trees together, in a triangle pattern, so that the grates around the trees form a kind of abstract Mickey tricircle. Not sure if it was intentional, and it takes a little imagination.... but it is definately there!

Epcot center itself is a hidden Mickey! You need a map with an aerial view of Epcot. Hold it so that the Entrance is on the bottom. In the Entrance Plaza you will see Mickey's mouth, Spaceship Earth is his nose, and the east and west sides of Innoventions plaza form his eyes. I have also read this in a "Hidden Mickeys" chapter in a WDW guidebook, so someone besides me has seen this.

On the Epcot view from space, 8 meter resolution, there's a Hidden Mickey I would say at the top of the pic about where you would come into the park. I'm sure that it wasn't intended, but after looking at it, I got the idea that it was!!

While walking through World Showcase at Epcot a couple weeks ago, I saw a cast member mopping up a spilled soft drink on the concrete. She cleaned it up pretty quick and moved onto another. As she was leaving, I looked down and she had finished off the wet spot into the shape of a "Hidden Mickey." My path took me along the one she just traveled from, and sure enough there were "Hidden Mickey" wet spots randomly (I guess whereever there were spills) placed all along the concrete walkway

It's a new one on me, but I've heard that Cast Members will, for example, when cleaning a window, apply the glass cleaner in a tri-circle pattern.

Some of the coins in the fountains are permanently affixed to form hidden Mickeys. This can be seen throughout the WORLD.

I am surprsed that someone has already located one of my hidden Mickeys (or should I say many of my hidden Mickeys)! I am confirming the fact that some coins ARE infact cemented to water fountain bottoms in various parks throughout the WORLD, forming Mickey's!
UPDATE: Chris 13 FEB 02
As you walk from Test Track to Imagination; behind the Innoventions buildings; there is an open area that leads to either the fountain or the countries. In that open area, in the walkway, there is an orange color formation of brick. The formation is made out of arcs. If you look at the arcs in almost any direction you will see a Hidden Mickey. If you stand in the circle though you cannot see it.
REPORTED: Warren & Deanna Cleary 30 JUL 96
One problem with finding this one is that this area is usually crowded with pedestrians.

It's a very large symbol of Epcot (the original symbol, the one that's like a flower or star). You can see it if you ride the monorail from the TTC to Epcot. It's not a Hidden Mickey
WISHFUL THINKING: Melanie Emmons 08 FEB 99
As you walk across the bridge from The Land over into Future World at night, the lights from "The Odyssey" restaurant form hidden Mickey reflections in the pond with the swans in it.

On the way to Living Seas from Innovations West you go over a bridge. About 5 steps up the bridge on the right hand side, look down into the water. There are many round stones, but only in this place the stones are set like Mickey.
