Sitting in Cinderella's Royal Table restaurant in the castle, if you look up into the overhead dome, there is a stained glass section with the Mickey head and ears pattern repeated there.

In the window section of the restaurant are three chandeliers. On the very bottom of each chandelier are Mickey heads.

There is a Mickey
in the eating area all the way to the right, just before you get to a
Cast Member Only entrance, you can see it. It is on the left as you
walk towards that door. It's just three white paint marks on the wall
behind a booth.

In the dining area there are many wooden chairs. On the backs of the chairs are carvings of either a heart or a tree. Located on only one of the chairs is a carving of a Mickey. There is no exact location so it might take some time to find the chair.

I have seen the chair. It is a cross between a heart and a circle. It might be seen as a Mickey but personally I think it is just a weird shape.

The light fixtures that hang from the ceiling have red triangles that point down and have iron circles in them. Those circles form the ears of what looks like a Mickey Mouse hat. The hat part is made up of two triangles that point upward and are blue and green.
