Hollywood Tower Hotel Special note: In the library (and throughout the ride), there are several objects (a robot, a pair of broken glasses, a wishing machine, etc....) that are from various Twilight Zone episodes. With a little help from you. I think we can finalize a list what object goes with which show.

  1. When you are waiting in line look up at the building to the left side where the lines split into 2 there are lots of windows. On the window ledge on of the windows is a black Mickey Mouse.

  2. Entrance area, just before you go inside, on main balcony designs
    REPORTED: WDW List
There are balconies with stone-like railings. There is a row of Mickeys underneath one of the windows (all of the other windows have a decorative bas relief that resembles a fish).

On the exterior facade of Tower that faces the Cast Member parking lot, there is a little balcony that has a row of Mickeys (the only balcony like it - all the others have a fishlike-yin-yang design - and only visible from Cast Member areas - supposedly).

  3. When you enter the hotel in line, on the left, at the first window the lights form a shadow of Mickey's head.

The hidden Mickey in the back of the Tower of Terror that was in the window has been removed.

  4. As you enter the lobby from the queue at Tower Of Terror, there are two doors opened that you go through to get into the lobby. Both doors have many square windows in them. On the left door (the one closest to the stand-by line), second row of windows from the top, and the window farthest right, there is a very, very tiny Mickey head "scraped" from the green stuff on the window. The Mickey is in the center of the window, not on the side.
REPORTED: Matthew Hughes 02 JUL 00

  5. As you go into the lobby, look up at the hanging orange lights. On each side of the lights, about halfway to the edge, are 2 hidden Mickeys on each side.

  6. When you enter the lobby of the hotel, if you look to the right you will see a desk with a pair of wire rim glasses one it. The arms of the glasses which hook around the wearer's ears have been over bent and cross each other to make one large circle. When you get directly in line with the post holding the chains which form the line and the chair behind the desk, the glasses form a hidden Mickey with the arms being the head and the two round lenses becoming the ears.
REPORTED: Anne Lisle 29 MAY 99
  7. As you walk in the front door of the hotel lobby, to your right there is a desk. On the desk is a folded pair of wire rim glasses which are folded in the shape of Mickey. You have to look at the glasses at the right angle so take a look from several positions and you will see what we saw.

  9. As you approach the elevators that take you upstairs, a Cast Member is stationed at a sort of podium. On this podium is a desk lamp. In the center of the desk lamp on the stem, you will see definite mouse ears. I spotted these on my last trip there in September 1994.

The lamp on the podium is an antique. It was not constructed to have Mickey shapes on it on purpose. My trainer told me that it was like 80 years old, and he's normally pretty on about this stuff. It was not purposefully constructed to have any Mickey shape on it. However, it might have interested Disney when shopping.

  10. There is a Mickey in the printed word "Mickey Mouse." When you enter the library, there is a piece of music that is a old Disney song. In each library there is a desk area in the bookcase with sheet music decopagued onto it. In the right library it is "The Marriage of Mickey Mouse" and in the left it is "What, No Mickey Mouse," where it is also covered by a trumpet. The music, "What, No Mickey Mouse?" was an old 1930s piece from a cartoon short. It is on a CD called "Tunes from the Toons".

  13. In the 88 second library film, and where ever else you see her in the Tower of Terror, the little girl on the elevator is holding a plush Mickey Mouse doll. The little girl ghost is holding the very first Mickey doll ever made. You can clearly see it when the group in walking into the elevator. Also, when on the ride, the ghosts of the girl is still carrying the plush. It is especially obvious in the Fifth Dimension just before the drop. decor Real Hidden Mickey
